The Joint is a vegan counter service restaurant located inside of the Avenue 19 food court in downtown Colorado Springs, Colorado.
The Joint first opened as a food truck in March of 2021, and moved into a physical location in October of 2023 winning multiple awards along the way for its innovative plant forward dishes, including Best Chef (Aaron Posey), Best Vegan Restaurant, and Best Food Truck.
